For hygiene and FDA reasons, opened contact lens vials cannot be returned.

Unopened, factory-sealed vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a $5 restocking fee. Customer covers return shipping.

Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost — contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Prescription errors (wrong power shipped): we ship the correction immediately at no charge.
